End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Noor Developments LLC ("Noor Developments," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of noordevs.com and any content, tools, downloads, or materials we make available through it (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Noor Developments grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial informational purposes, including researching our services and requesting a consultation.

2. Ownership

The Site and all content on it — including text, graphics, logos, images, project photography, and software — are owned by Noor Developments LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Site or its content, except as permitted for normal browsing use;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software provided through the Site;
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law;
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site without our prior written consent;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or servers/networks connected to it.

4. Third-Party Content & Links

The Site may include links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by Noor Developments. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites.

5. No Warranty

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOOR DEVELOPMENTS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is otherwise harmful to us or other users.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Noor Developments LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may revise this Agreement from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised effective date, and your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
